Magic Words

'What would I get from helping you?' this kind of thought has never passed my mind before. Not even when I was a lot younger for I've heard this sentence thousands of times, making it stayed inside of me; you don't need a reason to help people. Therefore, it won't be weird if I start to think that it comes from you. You, did you nail it on my head?

What I'm saying is, it's not my duty to help you, though. I'm not a superman who dedicates myself to save the world. But it always feels good to help, therefore I still do. But after all the efforts I made, you don't even give a glance at me.

It's just that... I can't stand bad-mannered people. And you're one of them. I'm not saying I behave well though. But at the very least, I know how to say these magic words since I was only a little girl: Please and Thank you.  I know what I should say whenever I need someone's help, so that they are willing to help. And always thank them in the end, to appreciate the effort they make while helping me.

Sorry. I know, not every people think that doing such a simple thing is necessary. And that I am overreacting -- one of my worst weaknesses besides my bad temper -- I take things seriously. I'm just... a little upset since I'm used to such an environment. Our family would always say those magic words, creating a very nice atmosphere which people like you might never imagine. And also, people's feelings are for me, what matter most. I always want to take care of people's feelings, so the fact that you don't take care of mine upsets me, a little.

I'm telling you this little secret; Those 2 really are magic words. It's always a sunny day whenever they're around -- and a storm whenever they're not.
