Picky Eater

My little brother gets so picky when it comes to food. On lunchtime, he would check what kind of food is available on the dining table. If it turns out to be something he really likes, he'll stay and eat. If it doesn't, he'll go back to his room, sometimes even wait for my mom to force him to get out and grab his lunch. Really annoying. I mean, hey, wake up and act your age! You don't have to like every food -- that is impossible, but you gotta appreciate everything, especially when someone cooks that for you.

This makes me recall the time when I was in my first year of junior high school. At that time, mom often cooked fried egg for our breakfast. I don't know what the reason was, but that lasted almost 2 or 3 months. I got really bored with it but refused to tell her about that. The fact that she cooked breakfast for me instead of me cooking for myself reminds me that I have to feel thankful instead, that way I could endure.

I got my own disliked-food list, but I always try my best to appreciate every food. There're thousands of people out there who couldn't manage to eat their meals regularly, because they don't earn much money to satisfy their need for food or having their syndrome forcing them not to eat properly. That is why you probably don't know that I hate having fish for breakfast, -- I can't stand fish skin, it's too oily and how it smells makes me sick, especially in the morning -- because I never show that, or you can say I don't want to make the fried fish upset for not being eaten, lol. It's not that bad, that way you can even learn to love something you don't before. Let's endure more, let's act how we're supposed to.
