Free Wish Lists

Hello.
A friend of mine suggested to make a cute notebook on our own. Just then, a priceless pink notebook from years ago appeared on my mind. I'm not trying to build up a metaphor here, 'priceless' is really the most suitable title for it.

Not a notebook from the most popular stationer in town. Neither it was brought from foreign countries. From a bright corner of my bedroom it came, on a rainy night in the middle of January, when all the children at my age were supposed to be tucked into bed already.

We were just about to move to the master bedroom when I told you that the whole girls in class had their own cute notebooks. Then annoyingly asked you that one thing I wished to have so bad. So you spent the next 30 minutes getting one for me. The simplest, but yet the sweetest among other friends' notebooks. Yes, you ended up making one for me that night. That was never about the money you'd have to spend on such cheap stuffs in a schoolgirl wish list. 'If we could make it ourselves, why not?' you told me the next day.

Here I am inside my room, writing for you today on its very first page. Found it inside the shelf just now, seems like I decided to save it. Look, here's a new wish list, I promise it would also not spend a penny. It's a wish that you can be here tonight and every night, so that I can do my school tasks beside you and a stack of your working stuffs. Cry out loud when you have to leave for another cities for work. I'd even love to see that old sheet of map mom used to show me, a moment after your car disappeared from our sight. She'd pointed a finger upon the name of the city we lived at, and dragged it right into the city you were heading to. 'We are here, and dad's here. Very near we don't even have to take a step,' she laughed.
Just like that time, just like then.
